We mail out weekdays only. Your order is packed and shipped usually with 3 days of receipt of payment.
We work hard to dispatch orders promptly. Larger and heavier deliveries take longer. All our parcels and orders are delivered Australia Post or Fastway Couriors depending on your Postcode.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses. We will contact you beforehand. These are usually for remote deliveries and Northern Territory, Far North Qld, WA and Tasmania, where one or more couriers are needed to reach the destination.
Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. All surcharges will be calculated before shipping and you will be informed of these as soon as possible.
Out of stock fabrics and items usually only take 2 weeks to arrive for us to send to you.
Custom orders and made to order items please allow 2 weeks,
All our stock is current, so still available if we are temporarily out of stock.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.
Please note that cut fabric, fabric samples and wallpaper samples are non-returnable and non refundable..
Unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.
You will be responsible for postage costs for returning any items.
