Return and refund Policy

For Australia

RETURNS

I accept returns for defective and non defective products.

EXCHANGES

I accept exchanges.  The product needs to be in the original packaging and undamaged and unused.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Only new products can be returned,  this includes products that are unopened and unused in the original packaging or have been unused.

RETURN WINDOW

Please arrange to return within 7 days of receipt of the product.

RETURN METHOD

By mail with Australia Post

CURRENCY

Australian dollar is what applies to this policy.

RETURN LABEL

A return label will be made available for the customer to download and print, which is the customers responsibility to do.  The return label will be emailed to the customer.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is no restocking fee charged for returns.

REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 14 days to arrange refund, and receipt of returned product.

REPLACEMENT PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 14 days to processing time to replace your product.

Please advise us as soon as possible if there is any damage or if we have sent the wrong item or your need to exchange or refund. 7 days

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as above

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and cut fabric cannot be refunded.

Cut fabric

Cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: I Just Love That Fabric, we will send you the best return address upon request for you to download and print.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please ensure there is tracking and the return address is correct and that we have been notified of the return.
