Shipping policy

All our products are packed with care and sent with the most cost effective delivery service.  

We mail our weekdays only.  Your order is packed and shipped usually with 3 days of receipt of payment.  

We work hard to dispatch orders promptly. Larger and heavier deliveries take 1 day longer. All our parcels and orders are delivered with Australia Post. 

We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses.  We will contact you beforehand.  These are usually for remote deliveries and Northern Territory, Far North Qld, WA and Tasmania, where one or more couriers are needed to reach the destination.

Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. All surcharges will be calculated before shipping and you will be informed of these as soon as possible.

If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.

Please note that cut fabric, fabric samples and wallpaper samples are non-returnable.  

Unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.

You will be responsible for postage costs for returning any items.
